Job Summary
This position is responsible for ensuring that all inventory adjustments are reconciled to maintain the highest level of inventory accuracy within a Medline distribution center.Job Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct cycle counts
- Reconciles discrepancies as needed. Performs adjustments in Catalyst and or SAP to correct financial errors under $500.
- Effectively communicate with warehouse team members and operations management to resolve discrepancies
- Operate MHE as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Certification / Licensure:
- None
Work Experience:
- 2 years inventory experience in a warehouse/distribution center on similar facility. Prior experience with SAP inventory transactions and expertise with enterprise/warehouse management systems.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
- Intermediate skill level in SAP.
- Proficient skill in Microsoft Office
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).
- Ability to take direction, implement changes and adapt to changing business environment.
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 60 pounds. Sit, walk or stand for prolong periods of time. Display specific vision abilities including, close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision and ability to adjust focus. Ability to work in hot and cold environments, (32F – 95F). Ability to encompass heights. Frequent bending and kneeling.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$19.75 - $28.75 HourlyThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
