What you’ll do
You’ll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including:
- Ensure the kitchen, dining areas, meeting rooms, restrooms, and communal office spaces are clean, hygienic, and well-presented at all times.
- Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen equipment in their designated areas.
- Ensure sufficient quantities of clean cutlery, crockery, and kitchen supplies are available for daily staff use.
- Assist with the preparation, setup, presentation, and clearing of staff lunches and refreshments.
- Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies, kitchen consumables, and related equipment, and report replenishment requirements to the Manager.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and report any faults, maintenance concerns, or health and safety risks promptly.
- Adhere to workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist in maintaining a professional, tidy, and organised office environment.
- Support special events, meetings, and office functions by ensuring facilities are clean and appropriately prepared.
- Perform any other reasonable duties required to support business operations and achieve organisational objectives.

What you’ll bring
You’re someone who brings:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene practices, and workplace safety standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- A flexible and proactive work ethic, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- The ability to use initiative and remain productive under pressure.

Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

- Previous experience in a corporate office environment.
- Experience supporting catering, staff lunches, or hospitality services.
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements relating to cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Basic stock management and inventory monitoring experience.
- Experience preparing facilities for meetings, events, or office functions.
