About the team:
The team collaborates closely with data scientists, business partners, and systems engineers to develop next-generation applications and analytics tools for a predictive intelligence platform. Focused on delivering real-time predictive analysis and scalable backend solutions, the team emphasizes clear design reasoning, continuous feedback, and innovation. Members participate in design and code reviews, apply cloud-native architecture principles, and lead medium-to-large projects. The environment encourages technical growth, teamwork, and customer-centric development, leveraging skills in software design, API development, debugging, and data-driven decision-making to create impactful, reliable software solutions.
What you'll do:

• Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap milestones and domain priorities.
• Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems.
• Lead full software development lifecycle activities including coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Conduct system design reviews to validate feasibility and ensure alignment with architectural best practices.
• Build AI-driven applications integrating ML components and automation features using multiple programming languages.
• Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence through documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and track success metrics using data-driven practices.

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to build scalable and resilient systems.
• Strong proficiency in Java and other programming languages such as Python for AI/ML integration and software development.
• Experience leading full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and maintenance.
• Ability to conduct system design reviews and apply software design patterns to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Skilled in API design, software prototyping, and debugging to deliver robust platform capabilities.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and data-driven decision making to optimize engineering processes.
• Effective collaboration and mentorship abilities to foster technical growth and team success.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
