## Job Description

As a Design Engineer, you will be in charge of designing, analyzing, and optimizing digital, analog, and memory circuits used in the development of advanced memory products. You will collaborate with global design and verification teams while partnering with Product Engineering, Test, Probe, Process Integration, Assembly, and Marketing teams to deliver innovative memory solutions with the highest levels of quality, reliability, manufacturability, and customer satisfaction.
## Responsibilities
- Contribute to new product development through the design, layout, and optimization of Memory, Logic, and Analog circuits.
- Perform circuit validation, parasitic modeling, reticle experiments, and tape-out revisions to improve product performance and manufacturability.
- Lead layout activities including floorplanning, placement, routing, verification, modeling, and simulation with industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams including Marketing, Probe, Assembly, Test, Process Integration, and Product Engineering to ensure successful product execution.
- Drive innovation for future memory technologies while promoting design quality and standardization across global engineering teams.
## Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field with 10+ years, or M.Sc. with 7+ years, and Ph.D. holders 5+ years of industrial experience.
- Solid understanding of CMOS circuit development and semiconductor device physics.
- Experience with power network analysis and circuit optimization techniques.
- Exposure to Verilog modeling, simulation tools, and state machine design/verification methodologies.
- Ability to perform design verification, debugging, and semiconductor circuit analysis.
## Preferred Qualifications
- Memory experience, including DRAM, NAND, or other sophisticated memory technologies.
- Understanding of semiconductor layout processes such as floorplanning, placement, and routing.
- Experience with industry-standard simulation and verification environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a global engineering environment.
- Exposure using AI-enabled tools for semiconductor develop, analysis, or engineering workflows.
