The Position

1. Prepares internal commercial analysis and reports for business areas/units

2. Responsible for maintaining a commercial data system in line with management’s needs

3. Provide daily data support, and develop data investigation to achieve commercial excellence by

synergizing with internal customers at all levels of the organization

4. Develop and present integrated commercial analytics and insights, to add value to commercial

processes and continue innovate and drive results

开发呈现综合性的商业报告，为商务流程增值和持续创新实现目标

5. Support group audit and ICFR, ensure Pricing fully meet Group audit and ICFR requirements

协助并配合集团审计及财务报告内部控制，确保定价完全符合集团审计及财务报告内部控制的要求

6. Drive innovative business improvements by developing ideas and gaining others’ commitment,

as well as seizes opportunities that can deliver the greatest value

7. Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager

8. Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior

in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and

Environmental Protection

Education& Qualifications教育背景与专业资格:
1. Bachelor degree in Finance, Management Accounting, Statistics, Computer Science, Software
Engineering or related field
金融，管理会计，统计学，计算机，软件工程及相关专业本科学历
2. Proficiency in both spoken and written English
熟练掌握英语口语及书面表达
3. Ability/experience in handling sensitive/complex matters in a professional manner
具有保密/专业的态度/业务与产品知识，较强的能力和经验处理敏感/复杂问题
4. Good command of MS office software application
熟练应用微软办公软件
5. Mastery of SAP system
熟练掌握SAP系统

Experience工作经验:
1. At least 10 years of relevant experience, with no less than 5 years on supervisory level must be with
multinational companies.
至少10年以上相关经验，5年以上跨国公司管理经验；
