Adapting teaching materials and strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. An important part of the role is managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment. You need to provide guidance, assistance, and support to students in their academic and personal development. The school is looking for someone who can collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a smooth transition for students and effective communication and demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work across different grade levels and subject areas. What the school is looking for:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certifications.Previous UK teaching experience in a classroom setting, ideally with experience across multiple key stages.Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents. Working with Long-term Teachers We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and SpecialSchools. LTT was founded with the aim of creating a genuine, transparent and straightforwardservice to help candidates secure their next role.
