Description
- Staffing: From recruitment to payroll management.
- HR System: Simplified hiring, payroll, and benefits.
- Procurement & Rental: Essential tools and equipment for workers.
Handle end-to-end financial recording and reporting for the BU.
Ensure all financial reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with Holding standards.
Act as single fighter in accounting in the BU, managing day-to-day accounting tasks independently.
Coordinate closely with the Finance & Accounting team at the Holding for consolidation and reporting.
Maintain organized and detailed financial records.
Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation.
Monitor financial transactions and escalate any discrepancies to the Holding team when needed.
Job Requirements:
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
3 years of experience in Accounting (preferably in a group/holding company structure).
Solid understanding of Indonesian accounting standards.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong coordination skills and ability to report regularly to the Holding.
Nice to Have
Basic understanding of taxation (although not a primary responsibility).
Experience in service or project-based industries.
Previous experience as the sole accounting personnel in a small/medium business unit.
Familiarity with SAP, Accurate, or other ERP systems.
