Description
What you will be doing:
Collaborate closely with the Pharmacy and Consumables Store teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
Manage and set reorder levels to ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
Prepare and process purchase requests and purchase orders, and follow up with suppliers on deliveries.
Monitor supplier performance, including perfect PO rate, on-time delivery, and in-full delivery metrics.
Prevent stockouts and overstock situations by conducting regular demand and inventory analysis.
Track slow-moving, non-moving, and near-expiry items to minimize wastage and financial loss.
Ensure that inventory operations are timely, efficient, and cost-effective.
Maintain the right quantity of stock at the right price, time, and location to support seamless company operations.
What are we looking for ?
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong data analytics skills with the ability to interpret trends and forecast demand.
Good understanding of supply chain methods, procurement processes, and inventory control practices.
Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory management.
