This includes activities such as employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, employee record-keeping, compliance with labour laws and regulations, and managing employee inquiries and issues. These individuals enable HR processes and systems to run smoothly in order to efficiently support our workforce.In onboarding at PwC, you will focus on efficiently integrating new employees into the organisation, enabling a smooth transition and providing necessary resources for success. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
As an Onboarding Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the first impressions and experiences of new hires as they begin their journey with PwC. You will serve as a trusted guide, ensuring a smooth, personalised, and engaging onboarding process that reflects the firm’s values and commitment to excellence.
You will collaborate closely with senior professionals, HR teams, and department leaders to deliver a seamless onboarding experience that supports both operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Workflow & Process Management
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for all onboarding activities related to new joiners.
Coordinate and manage end-to-end onboarding workflows, ensuring timely and accurate execution of tasks.
Support & Communication
Act as the primary point of contact for new hires, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
Provide proactive support for visa processing, travel arrangements, and first-day logistics.
Address queries and troubleshoot onboarding-related issues with empathy and efficiency.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate and compliant records of onboarding activities in alignment with local labor laws and internal policies.
Generate regular reports and insights on onboarding progress to inform leadership and improve processes.
