Joining our team means working as part of a professional touring crew—living on the road, traveling by bus, checking in and out of hotels, and setting up shows in arenas, stadiums, and venues across the country and the world.
STAGING CARPENTER
Summary
As a Staging Carpenter, you’ll work as part of the staging team to build, maintain, and dismantle staging elements for live events. This hands-on role requires physical stamina, adaptability, and a focus on safety while contributing to the overall success of touring productions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in setup and strike of staging equipment.
Prepare, label, and pack gear for organized transport.
Anticipate and prepare spares and additional equipment.
Support scenic prop handling and movement of scenery during shows.
Assist with on-tour gear repairs as needed.
Maintain a collaborative and positive attitude on tour.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Carpentry or stagehand experience preferred.
Travel and work extended hours.
Physical strength and stamina to handle equipment.
Strong focus on safety and adherence to guidelines.
Adapt to changing production requirements.
PHYSICAL AND SOCIAL REQUIREMENTS
Our team members must be adaptable, collaborative, and innovative.
Physically capable of lifting and moving up to 50 lbs.
Thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while maintaining professionalism and safety standards at all times.

TRAVEL & SCHEDULE
Role requires variable hours that may include nights, weekends, and extended travel based on show and tour schedules.
CERTIFICATIONS & TRAINING
OSHA 10 or 30
MEWP (scissor/boom lift) certification
Forklift certification
