Description
Reporting to the Claims Manager, the main purpose of the Intern is to assist the claims team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Attend to client queries with professionalism and efficiency.
Handle authorizations promptly and accurately.
Perform indexing and management of claims.
Process claims in a timely and organized manner.
Qualifications:
Studying towards Honors degree Insurance and Risk Management and having completed and passed second year.
At least 2 'A' Level passes
5 'O' Level passes
