We are looking for a bilingual CNA or HHA in Polk County to provide high-quality, 1-on-1 support for an adult in the comfort of their own home.

How You Will Help:

• Personalized Care: Provide essential personal services including bathing, dressing, and grooming with dignity.

• Household Support: Help the patient maintain a comfortable home through laundry, light housekeeping, and running errands.

• Nutrition: Shop for groceries and prepare healthy meals and snacks tailored to the patient’s needs.

• Independence: Be the helping hand that allows our patients to stay independent and safe at home.

Requirements:

• Language: Fluency in both Spanish and English (Required).

• Certification: Valid CNA License or HHA Certificate (Required).

• Experience: 2 years of Home Health experience preferred.

• Reliability: Valid Driver’s License (Preferred) and the ability to commute reliably within Polk County.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
