Work Type: Work from Home (Full-Time)

Working Days: 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday - with even Saturdays off )

Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST

Key Responsibilities:

A VA is a remote employee and is deployed on one or more jobs post-training to our Indian/International Clients. You will be assigned a client once you are nearing the completion of your training. The jobs are of permanent nature and the retention rate solely depends on the VA.

A VA will be trained in all the domains enlisted below, and depending on their performance in the training, they will be deployed to one or more domains. The VA’s skillset will be matched with the client’s scope of work.

We hire two kinds of virtual assistants - Half Virtual Assistant (4 hours)
                                                             - Full Virtual Assistant (8 hours)

Hiring Process

Stage 1: Telephonic Interview

Stage 2: VA Head Video Interview (screening call)

Stage 3: Assessment Tests

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s (preferred) degree
• Proficient in verbal and written communication (English proficiency)
• Relevant experience of 2+ years
• Open to 1-month unpaid training
