About Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation, and management of Identity and
Access Management (IAM) solutions using the ForgeRock platform. The role requires a deep understanding of IAM concepts, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

The candidate has an extensive knowledge of the ForgeRock platform, gathered by several years of experience actively working on the platform.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IAM solutions using the ForgeRock platform.
- Configure and customize ForgeRock components such as AM, IDM, DS, and IG.
- Design and deploy IAM policies and procedures to ensure secure access to systems.
- Designing connectors for the identity lifecycle management.
- Setting up data quality checks and keeping all the different sources in sync.
- Integrate IAM solutions with various applications and systems within the enterprise.
- Perform maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Monitor and troubleshoot IAM issues, providing timely resolutions and improvements.
- Collaborate with analyst to gather requirements and deliver correct solutions.
- Document IAM processes, configurations, and changes.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IAM and security technologies.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience working with the Forgerock platform.
- Extensive knowledge of AM, IDM and DS.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, protocols, and standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth, …)
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Groovy).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Experience with Azure AD is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in IAM or security (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
