Experienced Class A Truck Driver

Summers Trucking is looking for an experienced Class A CDL Truck Driver who has a safety minded attitude demonstrated by at least 3 years of recent Class A CDL experience with a clean driving record. While our drivers are often home each night we do sometimes have work that requires overnights, so having flexibility to be out overnight is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Secure various types of flatbed loads
• Successfully deliver loads to job sites and other customer locations
• Properly complete required paperwork
• Maintain compliance with federal, state and local regulations

Qualifications

• 3+ years recent Class A Driver experience 
• Clean Driving Record
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to read and write English
• US Citizen or Green Card holder
• Flatbed/Over-dimensional load experience a plus but not required

Although our shifts vary from day to day, as we don't have dedicated runs, our goal is to get our drivers home most nights and each weekend.
