Working Loaction: Change Naval base
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm (OT may required on Weekend)
Job Description:
- Assist Warehouse Manager in running and overseeing the daily operations of Material Management(MM) Dept. Ensure department performance met the customer’s contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
- Manage daily MM Dept operations, includes Order Fulfillment, Shelf-Life monitoring and Cyclical Inventory Counts.
- Lead the MM team to ensure that all Order Pick & Pack, Inventory Counts and Adhoc operations activities are well coordinated.
- Manage ad-hoc activities and exceptional cases, such as inventory discrepancy and support Navy Exercises.
- Compile and computing of monthly transactions Performance Reports.
- Ensure filing and documentations are completed in an efficient and systematically order for easy retrieval.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with the safety regulation.
- Manage manpower distribution on activity-based requirement.
- Attend to monthly ROP checks by the authority.
- Provide on-job training to the warehouse staff.
- Perform Shift Duty Executive role to ensure Silent Hour Requests are attended to.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Warehouse Manager
Requirement:
- Minimally graduated with a Diploma in Supply Chain & Logistics Management
- Preferably with Forklift and Class 3 Driving Licenses
Salary Range : $2,500 - $3,900
