Corporate Associate – Bangkok

Our Bangkok office is the largest Nishimura & Asahi office outside Japan, and offers legal services in a broad range of practice areas, including (but not limited to) corporate and M&A, employment and labor, intellectual property, litigation, and dispute resolution.

Position:

We are seeking a full-time Corporate Associate. The Corporate Associate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, such as due diligence, review and drafting of contracts, and advice on regulatory issues. The Corporate Associate must be capable of analyzing and communicating legal and factual findings effectively, and performing thorough and accurate research.

Qualifications:

• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in law in Thailand
• Fluent in both English and Thai
