Behavioral Health Technician - Full Time
Location: York, PA
Hourly Rate: $15/hour Plus Shift Differentials
- First Shift: 7 AM – 3 PM
- Second Shift: 3 PM – 11 PM
- Third Shift: 11 PM – 7 AM

Position Summary
We are seeking dedicated Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to support our clients and staff. As a BHT, you will play a vital role in ensuring client well-being and the smooth operation of daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the intake process for new clients.
- Maintain detailed client records through verbal communication and written logs.
- Ensure a safe, orderly, and therapeutic environment, including crisis intervention.
- Facilitate client activities, such as lectures, recreation, and meetings.
- Conduct mandatory bed checks and complete shift reports.
- Ensure adherence to client schedules and treatment plan objectives.
- Monitor the medication line and assist with medication distribution.
- Transport clients to meetings and recreational activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Requirements: Valid driver’s license.
