Presales Associate

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Associate to join our Sales team at Cybrilla. This role is designed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, support the Sales Head, and drive an exceptional experience for our clients.

You’ll play a key part in managing sales documentation, coordinating with internal teams,

following up with clients and vendors, and supporting proposal creation and debt recovery processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Sales Documentation: Prepare, update, and manage sales proposals, contracts, NDAs, and other sales-related documents.
• Client & Vendor Communication: Assist with client and vendor follow-ups via email, calls, and other channels to maintain momentum across sales cycles.
• Proposal & Contract Creation: Collaborate with the Sales Head and other departments to draft and finalize proposals and contracts.
• Account Support: Coordinate with clients and accounts team to ensure timely recovery of outstanding payables.
• Internal Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Tech, Finance, Legal, Product) to align and support ongoing sales activities.
• Operational Efficiency: Identify and close operational gaps that affect the sales team’s effectiveness and customer experience.

 

Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in a pre-sales, sales coordination, or similar support role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and organizational ability
• Comfortable working with documentation, contracts, and basic financial follow-ups
• Proficiency in Google Workspace tools
• Collaborative mindset with a can-do attitude
