Senior / Financial Controller — Bang Phat, Bangkok

We're looking for a Financial Controller who enjoys working closely with people, not just numbers. This role works hand-in-hand with the Principal and leadership team, helping the school make clear, confident financial decisions that support students, teachers, and long-term growth.

If you like translating financial data into practical insights, presenting to senior stakeholders, and being part of a purpose-driven environment, this role could be a great fit.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial projections

• Producing clear, reliable financial reports

• Managing cash flow and overseeing payments

• Working closely with the Headmaster on financial matters

• Preparing and presenting information for board meetings

• Supporting day-to-day finance operations with the Accounting & Finance team

What we're looking for

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Solid hands-on experience in accounting and finance

• Big 4 background is highly preferred

• Audit certification is a plus

• Strong English communication skills

• Someone who is organised, collaborative, and comfortable speaking with senior leadership
