Responsibilities

Responsible for the maintenance of floors and carpets in all public areas. 

  Examples of Duties, includes but is not limited to the following:  

Clean walls, ceilings, vents, and stairwells.

Clean all areas outside of building as specified.

Take inventory and complete daily reports and requisitions.

Polish marble, stone, and linoleum.

Clean carpets.

Perform other related duties as assigned.     

Qualifications

• Well organized and demonstrated strong problem solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and guests. 
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in a large resort. 
• Previous experience with stone, masonry, and/or ceramic tile cleaning preferred.
