Join our team at TPID Bali and be a part of International team! During your internship, you will be taught the hiring flow of international hiring end-to-end process, and will aid the HR team to ensure seamless recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding

Responsibilities

• Aiding the HR team in their hiring process
• Ensuring smooth hiring process and working with other departments
• Sourcing candidates from multiple channels
• Develop hiring strategy with the recruitment team

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma 3 (D-III) from any major.
• Active candidate with no other class to attend, or fresh graduate
• Decent written and verbal communication using English.
• Have extensive knowledge of the latest news (both domestic and foreign).
• Flexible, adaptable & able to work independently.
• Have Social Media skills and able to learn new things quickly.
