Job Description
Who You Are
- 3-5 years of experience in campaigns execution on marketing automation & CRM platforms.
- SFMC experience/expertise is a must-have.
- Having Knowledge of other platforms (WebEngage, MoEngage, and Adobe) is a plus.
- Proven experience in campaign performance optimization
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, decision making, organizational, and time management skills with an emphasis on high attention to detail.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong ability to understand business requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
Mandatory Skills
- Email Marketing and marketing automation Experience
- An in-depth understanding of all relevant SFMC modules including Email Studio, Web Studio, Analytics Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, and Content Builder.
- Gathering campaign requirements, timelines and finalizing briefing
- Coordinate with cross functional team to drive email development.
- Managing the creative process if required
- Analyse provided html assets and revise where necessary.
- Campaign configuration
- Audience creation, DE management, and data troubleshooting
- Quality Assurance and testing of campaign.
- Campaign performance tracking & reporting
- Relational database concepts, with exposure to SQL query development
- Knowledge AMP Script
- HTML and CSS exposure
- Knowledge on Landing page Development
- Basic knowledge on REST & SOAP API will be a plus.
