Job Description:
- Design, develop, test and optimize high-performance C++ applications for real-time trading systems
- Collaborate with traders and quantitative researchers to implement and refine trading algorithms
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and fault tolerance under extreme market conditions
- Work closely with traders to provide front desk support and troubleshoot system issues
- Engage with the team during system design discussions, code reviews and trading idea brainstorms
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance or similar from a well-recognized university
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Good programming skills with at-least 3 years’ experience in C++ development (C++17/20)
- Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and systems programming
- Experience with Python or scripting languages for tooling and automation
- Experience in database and SQL
- Familiar with financial markets, market data feeds, or exchange protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, efficient code
- Strong communication skills in English and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
