This Position reports to:
Production Manager ADB
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will focus on aiding the definition of metal treatment production processes to optimize cost, quality and on-time delivery of products, defining the working-phase sequence.
The work model for the role is onsite.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Identifying and recommending improvement opportunities and implements improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timeframe, quality, and cost requirements. Ensuring appropriate production methods, cycle-time, equipment performance, and materials/components in support of production targets.
Approving the design for processes developed internally or externally and performing final tests with respect to the project.
Providing support to Production during the internal/external process/equipment start-up, defining action plans and training relevant maintenance and production resources.
Evaluating new process technologies to improve productivity, quality, and cost reduction, defining and leading testing activities, approval criteria, and external provider choices.

Qualifications for the role
A Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering – Mechanical engineer will be considered as advantage
Knowledge of SAP, MS Office, drawing software skills will be considered as advantage
A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines
A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills with proficient level of English language
