Job Vacancy: HR & Admin Executive (Manufacturing)
Company: Soy Sauce Factory
Location: Perai, Pulau Pinang
Solok Perusahaan 1, Prai Industrial Estate, 13600 Perai, Pulau Pinang
Working Days: 5.5 days/week
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8.00am – 5.00pm
Saturday: 8.30am – 12.40pm
Reporting To: General Manager (GM)
Job Responsibilities

Human Resource Management
Lead and manage full spectrum of HR functions independently.
Act as HR business partner to GM and management team.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals. -
Recruitment & Talent Management
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage employee confirmation, performance tracking, and manpower planning.
Coordinate orientation programs and employee integration processes. -
Employee Relations & Compliance
Manage employee relations matters including grievances and disciplinary cases.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and statutory regulations.
Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records. -
Payroll & Administration
Coordinate payroll processing and statutory submissions.
Oversee leave management, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
Support general administrative functions and office operations.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
Diploma holders in HR or Business may be considered with strong hands-on HR experience.
Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or factory environment.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour law and statutory requirements.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable handling management-level HR matters.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is required.
Professional HR certifications or labour law training are an added advantage.
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: RM 5,000 – RM 6,500
