Pillar.io is hiring for a full-time UX designer to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- You will work directly on projects that impact users (content creators, talent & brand managers).
- You’ll gain exposure to how designs are implemented, with the opportunity to contribute at every stage of the ideation & design process from concept to delivery
- You will contribute to the improvement of Pillar, whether through designing UX and researching how users interact with the product
- You will help build design methodology & thinking at the company, resulting in material improvements across our suite of products – as well as how to measure, analyze, and solve customer problems
About the team:
We are a close-knit, strong technical team focused on building beautiful and intuitive products. This identity is imperative to our culture. As a team, we are mission-driven - we want to work on the forefront of building powerful software for creators. We understand the importance of urgency and quality, along with the trade-offs of choosing one over the other. We look to foster a strong mentorship culture for all our hires, so that they are poised to adapt to our growing customer base, learn about our evolving industry, and build strong product & business decision-making skills.
Vision, Mission, and Culture:
"Pillar empowers rising creators to grow their own opportunities. It will be essential for any creator..." - Tyler Blevins (Ninja)
The creator economy is the fastest growing vertical in the world. We are on a mission to empower creators with the infrastructure necessary to run their businesses full-time. We're building for the creator economy what tools like Shopify built for small businesses, and products like Honey did for online shoppers. We believe that now is the time to reimagine how creators generate revenue and conduct business.
Pillar is the creator’s preferred life partner – the only tool creators need to run their business cross-platform. Our synergistic suite of tools helps creators manage their day-to-day; delight their fanbase; secure brand deals; and, optimize their revenue.
