Operations Supervisor Darwin:
Contract: Full-time, permanent
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team, following the upcoming departure of our current post holder. This is a key role within our organisation, supporting the day‑to‑day delivery of fire protection services and ensuring our operational standards remain high.
About the Role as Operations Supervisor, you will oversee a broad range of functions that keep our service running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising daily operational activity across all aspects of the fire trade
- Providing training, coaching, and mentoring to technicians and support staff
- Managing warehouse operations, stock control, and logistics
- Supporting customer enquiries and ensuring excellent service delivery
- Carrying out technician duties as required to maintain workflow and service levels
About You We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in fire protection or a related technical field
- Brings strong organisational and leadership skills
- Can communicate clearly with staff, customers, and suppliers
- Thrives in a busy, hands‑on operational environment
- Is committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
