Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential project risks, including technical, operational, financial, and external risks.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative risk assessments to evaluate the likelihood and impact of risks.
- Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans in collaboration with the project team.
- Recommend strategies to reduce, transfer, or avoid risks impacting project performance, timeline, or budget.
- Maintain and update the project risk register regularly.
- Monitor the status of identified risks and ensure that mitigation actions are implemented effectively.
- Provide regular risk management reports to the PMO Manager and Project Manager, highlighting critical risks and recommended actions.
- Collaborate with all project stakeholders, including the Project Manager, PMO Manager, and department leads, to ensure a shared understanding of risks and mitigation strategies.
- Provide risk-related input for project reviews, milestone assessments, and external reporting requirements.
- Promote a risk-aware culture across the project team through training and awareness programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related role.
- Professional certification in risk management (CRM,FRM,etc.) is preferred
