What You’ll Do:
As part of the Manufacturing Quality Assurance team, you will:
- Conduct complaint and failure investigations following Corporate and site procedures.
- Review and approve customer complaint reports (as required).
- Collaborate across departments to generate technical investigation reports in response to customer complaints.
- Monitor complaint trends and provide feedback on the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support the Field Action Assessment (FAA) process.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) guidelines and report any HSE concerns.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
- Experience in sample inspection, failure investigation, and complaint handling.
- Laboratory experience in a regulated manufacturing or quality environment.
- A proactive approach and strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with medical device or pharmaceutical standards is a plus.
