The Facilities Project Development and Data Specialist provides full-time support in maintaining and updating the BUILDER SMS database, validating facility data, and assisting in the development of prioritized repair and replacement work packages. This role supports project development by working with stakeholders, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring that completed construction project data is accurately captured and sustained in BUILDER. The position requires close coordination with facility engineers and managers to ensure accurate planning and prioritization of deferred maintenance and recapitalization projects.
