Overview:

Sentara is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a rehab therapy center located in in Virginia Beach, Virginia

This is a full-time, day shift opportunity with great benefits.

 

As a Physical Therapy Assistant with Sentara, you will administer physical therapy treatments and procedures under the supervision of a physical therapist. May assist in the development of treatment plans, carry out routine functions, and document the progress of treatment within the scope of treatment plans established by a physical therapist.

Provides age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers. Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.

 

Qualifications:

• Physical therapist assistant (PTA) education, obtained in a CAPTE-accredited two-year associate degree program
• Associate's Degree for Physical Therapy Assistant

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $32.18 - $47.43 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
