The Role: LVN Rockstar – Your Mission? Help Change Lives.
We’re looking for a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled LVN to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll provide personalized, hands-on care to our amazing patients, making a tangible difference in their lives every day. You’ll be working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) while following all state regulations, policies, and practices. Let’s make health care fun and effective!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Making an Impact: Provide direct nursing care to clients based on their unique needs and personalized care plans.
- Collaboration is Key: Work closely with the rest of the care team to ensure your patients achieve the best health outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:
- A Graduate of a Legit Nursing School: If you’ve got that LVN credential, we’re ready to roll!
- Active LVN Licensure: You’ve got the license, and you’re in good standing in the state(s) you practice.
- Experience? We Love It: 1+ year in nursing (bonus points for home health care experience!).
- You’re Physically Ready: You can stand, bend, stretch, and walk with the best of them.
- Emotional Stability: You handle the challenges of nursing with grace, professionalism, and a smile.
