Quality and Process Coordinator

Ledcor is hiring a Quality and Process Coordinator to support data quality, process improvement, and system administration within our Business & Employee Services (BES) group. Reporting to the Team Lead, Quality & Projects, you will analyze HR data, identify trends and recurring issues, and collaborate across Employee Services and HR COEs to drive continuous improvement in how our shared services team operates.

You will support audits, maintain process documentation, contribute to system projects, and help keep the knowledge base that our Employee Services team relies on accurate and up to date. Essential Responsibilities:

• Support regular data quality audits in audits in Service Now, Five9, Workday and JDE by applying data integrity rules, identifying errors, documenting recurring issues, and distributing results to impacted team members for correction

• Compile findings, trends, and root causes into clear summaries and basic metric visualizations using existing templates to support team communication and process improvements

• Maintain and update Employee Services process documentation in ServiceNow, including SOPs, work instructions, and job aids related to audits in Service Now, Five9, Workday and JDE 

• Participate in Employee Services project work including discovery, design, and implementation activities for Workday, JDE, and ServiceNow; track project progress and provide regular stakeholder updates

• Support system upgrades, releases, and enhancements across Workday, ServiceNow, JDE, and integrated platforms; assist with testing and identifying workflow improvement opportunities

• Action Knowledge Base article requests in ServiceNow—creating new articles or updating existing ones—ensuring compliance with formatting and content standards

• Collaborate with the BES Performance Management team to review KPI visualizations and provide feedback to improve clarity, usability, and quality reporting

• Support Employee Services Team Leads in resolving escalated issues, preparing materials for process updates, and tracking HRIS tickets for continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a role with a strong focus on data administration and analysis

• Experience working with HRIS or HCM platforms such as Workday, JD Edwards, ServiceNow, or Oracle HCM in a support or coordination capacity

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities in data and processes

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools; experience with report writing or database management is an asset

• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable collaborating across teams and presenting findings to stakeholders

• Knowledge of data integration tools (web services, SFTP), cloud computing concepts, or process automation is an asset

Work Conditions:

Hybrid role working 1-2 days per week in the office or as business need require

Compensation

$52,400.00 - $72,050.00

This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
