Tecnico Procesos de Pintura

Responsabilidades principales

• Asegurar la disponibilidad continua de materiales químicos en los puntos de uso, verificando niveles, consumos y concentraciones para evitar interrupciones en la producción.
• Monitorear y mantener los parámetros de desempeño de los materiales aplicados en las líneas de producción del cliente, asegurando el cumplimiento de las especificaciones de calidad.
• Realizar actividades de mantenimiento preventivo básico, inspección y monitoreo de equipos automáticos de dosificación y control.
• Ejecutar checklist operativos y recorridos de seguridad para identificar condiciones de riesgo y oportunidades de mejora.
• Dar seguimiento a desviaciones en los procesos y reportar oportunamente cualquier anomalía detectada.
• Mantener registros precisos de inspecciones, parámetros operativos y actividades de mantenimiento
• Cumplir con las políticas de seguridad, salud ocupacional y medio ambiente establecidas por la compañía y el cliente.

Requisitos

• Preparatoria o carrera técnica 
• Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en mantenimiento industrial
• Disponibilidad para rolar turnos.
• Conocimiento en el manejo seguro de sustancias químicas peligrosas.
• Capacidad para seguir procedimientos operativos y de seguridad.
• Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y orientación al servicio al cliente.
