Job Summary:
Performs standard electrical installation activities by independently executing defined processes within prefabricated assemblies. Supports consistent quality and throughput by installing wiring, devices, and components in accordance with drawings and specifications. Enhances manufacturing efficiency by identifying installation issues and applying standard corrective actions. Maintains compliance with safety, quality, and production requirements across electrical work areas.

Key Responsibilities:
Installs electrical wiring, devices, and fixtures within prefabricated assemblies according to specifications.
Interprets shop drawings, measurements, and work instructions to ensure accurate electrical installation.
Uses hand and power tools to complete electrical tasks safely and efficiently.
Identifies installation issues or nonconformances and implements standard corrective actions or escalates as needed.
Completes required quality and production documentation in accordance with established procedures.
Coordinates with peers, quality personnel, and adjacent trades to support production flow.
Maintains a clean, organized, and safe electrical work area.

Education Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:
2 – 4 years of experience in electrical installation within manufacturing, prefabrication, or construction environments required.

Certifications and Licenses:
None required.
