About this Opportunity

We are seeking a Pega CVM Expert to join our team in the UAE with strong experience in Pega Decisioning, Pega Marketing, and Customer Value Management (CVM) solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing Pega-based customer decisioning solutions, defining application architecture, implementing integrations, and supporting large-scale production environments.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and enhance Customer Value Management (CVM) solutions using Pega technologies.
• Define and evolve application architecture with a focus on scalability, performance, code quality, and cost efficiency.
• Build and deploy customer decisioning solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop custom Pega components and integration services to connect with external platforms and services.
• Implement and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, XML-based technologies, and event streaming platforms such as Kafka.
• Work with large-scale production environments, including OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) deployments.
• Design and implement data integrations with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Configure and optimize Customer Decision Hub (CDH), Adaptive Decision Manager (ADM), and Next Best Action (NBA) capabilities.
• Integrate third-party analytics and big data models into Pega decisioning strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Contribute to Agile delivery teams and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA) certification is mandatory.
• Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) certification is highly preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in IT-related roles.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Pega Decisioning and Pega Marketing.
• Strong experience with Customer Value Management (CVM) frameworks.
• Proven experience deploying and supporting Pega solutions in large OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) production environments.
• Strong expertise in:
• Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
• Adaptive Decision Manager (ADM)
• Next Best Action (NBA) Designer
• Kafka integrations
• Experience with Pega Adaptive and Predictive Models.
• Experience integrating third-party big data models into Pega strategies.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL.
• Good knowledge of NoSQL databases such as Cassandra and MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Experience with Pega 8.6 or later versions is preferred.
• Experience with Pega Paid Media Manager is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
