Job Description

Responsibilities

 

This position will be for IT point of contact to support the Residential Project Management Office in all the project review and financial reviews

 

PMO Support

• SDLC  process review to ensure all residential projects are tracked appropriately
• Review project status updated in PMO with progress in SDLC Tool
• Weekly cost incurrence across project (CAPEX vs OPEX) to ensure in line with project budget
• Leadership reporting
• RCA from project team for documentation
• Project benefits capture
• Surveys for projects
• Tech Debt register
• Project Reporting (Steering Committee)
• Promote Agile, Scrum, and Lean delivery practices.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Monitor delivery performance metrics and corrective actions.
• Foster accountability, transparency, and delivery excellence.
• Oversee multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
• Monitor program health, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks.
• Ensure projects remain aligned to approved scope and objectives.
• Coordinate delivery across global and cross-functional teams.
• Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions to stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships to facilitate successful program execution

 

Requirements

• Knowledge of Project Management and new developments/trends in the Digital Commerce Platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a global perspective.
• Ability to find solutions within a diverse, global IT environment.

• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• The Position is Based out of Chennai
• Proven track record of delivering complex business and technology programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. / Project Management Experience, Agile Delivery, Financial experience, Software Delivery Lifecycle
• 7 – 10 Years in  Project Management
• Ability to find solutions within a diverse, global IT environment
• Ensure projects remain aligned to approved scope and objectives
