We have a fantastic opportunity for a Health Insurance Trainer in Dublin.

We are looking for a dedicated Training and Quality Specialist to drive learning, development and operational excellence across a dynamic, high-performing customer-focused team. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact by equipping colleagues with the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
Demonstrate reliability, focus and commitment in driving the success of the account by providing training and development to a dynamic and high performing customer-centric team. Deliver training to new and existing colleagues, maintain training documents, monitor agent development, and advise on service techniques. Main point of contact for training matters with operations management.
Working closely with Operations Management, you will design and deliver engaging training programmes for both new and existing colleagues, covering products, systems, processes and customer service skills. You will create and maintain interactive training materials, ensure compliance with quality and ISO standards, and monitor colleague development through coaching, assessments and ongoing support.
As the key point of contact for all training-related matters, you will identify development opportunities through quality evaluations, root cause analysis and performance insights. You will deliver training on new systems, products and process updates, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance and customer outcomes. In addition, you will take ownership of training administration, compliance documentation and supervision processes, helping to maintain high standards across the team.

The skills you will have when you apply:
· APA Qualification – APA qualified with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
· Training & Coaching Expertise – Previous experience delivering training, coaching or mentoring programmes within customer service, sales, claims or similar environments.
· Facilitation Skills – Ability to effectively demonstrate concepts, engage learners and support colleagues in developing new skills and knowledge.
· Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt messages to different audiences.
· Healthcare Knowledge – Experience within the healthcare sector is highly desirable and would be a distinct advantage.
·Administrative Excellence – Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate training records and documentation.
· Microsoft Office Proficiency – Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
· Insurance Industry Knowledge – Understanding of the insurance sector is highly desirable, particularly within customer service or claims environments.
