Job Location:
Kasrawy for the Automobile Industry "KAI" Industrial Zone, October, Giza
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop annual and monthly audit plans based on business risks.
- Conduct process audits across plant functions.
- Review financial and operational transactions for accuracy and compliance.
- Evaluate internal controls and identify control gaps.
- Audit procurement, PR, PO, receiving, inventory, and payment processes.
- Review inventory movements, physical counts, scrap, WIP, and finished vehicles.
- Audit production records and material consumption against approved standards.
- Review BOM, job orders, material issues, completions, and inventory transactions.
- Verify compliance with company policies and approved authorization levels.
- Review segregation of duties across Oracle ERP processes.
- Investigate unusual transactions, variances, and control exceptions.
- Prepare audit reports with findings, root causes, and corrective actions.
- Follow up on agreed corrective actions and overdue audit findings.
- Coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Maintenance, HR, and IT.
- Support fraud-risk assessments and special investigations when required.
- Maintain audit working papers and supporting documentation.
- Recommend process improvements that reduce cost, risk, and operational losses.
- Present audit findings to management and track closure of action plans.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, ACCA, or CPA are preferred.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Finance, Controlling, or Risk Management.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing, assembly, industrial manufacturing, or a similar environment is preferred.
- Experience auditing ERP-based processes is preferred.
- Experience with inventory and production controls is an advantage.
