Description
About the role
We're looking for a Philadelphia-based experienced field marketing manager, with a background in B2B SaaS, to join the global marketing team and be the person on the ground to coordinate and support GTM campaigns with the local sales team.
What you'll do
Cross-functional coordination
-
Be the main point of contact between the US sales team and global marketing
-
Work directly alongside sales, alliances, legal experts and customer success to understand what they need, translate it into marketing activity, and make sure it actually happens
-
Coordinate go-to-market motions, campaigns, and field initiatives, keeping both the local team and global marketing in sync
-
Spot gaps and opportunities in the field and bring them back to the global team with clear context
Pipeline support
-
Support pipeline generation through targeted campaigns, outreach coordination, and ABM for priority accounts
-
Help move leads and opportunities forward in collaboration with the sales team
-
Track results and report back on what's working
Events
-
Own the US field marketing event calendar: trade shows, roundtables, hosted dinners, sponsorships, and more
-
Coordinate execution end-to-end, from logistics and speakers to lead capture and post-event follow-up
Content and thought leadership
-
Localize or create global content for a US audience: tone, references, market context
-
Support sales with the right collateral at the right stage
-
Contribute to US-specific campaign narratives and thought leadership initiatives in collaboration with the global content team
What we're looking for
-
8+ years in B2B field marketing, demand generation, or a sales-aligned marketing role
-
Field marketing experience is a must — you've owned a regional program and know what it takes to run it independently
-
B2B SaaS background is a must; you understand long sales cycles, complex buying committees, and the reality of marketing to enterprise buyers
-
You’re based in the Philadelphia area, and you are comfortable going to the office at least 3 days / week.
-
You've operated in an environment where you had to define the process, not just execute one
-
Experience spanning events, content marketing, and sales enablement — whether separately or in combination
-
Someone who genuinely enjoys working with sales, understands what they need, and knows how to be useful without getting in the way
-
Proficient in HubSpot or a comparable CRM
-
Analytical and organized; you know how to prioritize when five things feel urgent
-
Comfortable in a global, distributed company where the marketing team is in Europe and you'll be the only field marketer in your region
