Description
Front Office Assistant
An architectural signage firm, located in the Decatur area is looking for a Front Office Assistant to join their team. This person will be in charge of answering phones and supporting the office team with various administrative tasks and projects. The person currently in the position is being promoted, so growth is possible!
Salary: $30,000 - $32,000 (based on experience) plus excellent benefits
Duties to include:
Answer phones and direct calls
Schedule meetings, appointments and complete travel or conference arrangements
Mail distribution
Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support
Prepare and format documents, proposals, presentations, and correspondence
Perform data entry

Requirements:
