About StickEarn

StickEarn is an advertising technology company that connects brands with consumers through innovative and measurable Out-of-Home advertising solutions.

We are looking for a Junior Compliance Staff who will support the Company in managing regulatory compliance, business licensing, governance documentation, and regulatory reporting. This role will work closely with the Legal team and relevant business units to ensure regulatory requirements are properly monitored and implemented.

🌟 What You’ll Do

• Manage OSS, NIB, business licensing, and other regulatory registrations

• Handle Bapenda-related regulatory matters

• Maintain the Group yearly report and prepare the annual report

• Maintain the regulatory compliance calendar and monitor relevant deadlines

• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their initial impact on the Company, including but not limited to SKPD and OSS-related matters

• Prepare and maintain GCG-related memos, SOPs, policies, and procedures

• Maintain compliance documentation and records

• Coordinate regulatory audits, inspections, and information requests

• Follow up with relevant business units on compliance implementation

• Escalate material compliance issues to the manager

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Law

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, preferably with relevant internship experience in Legal, Compliance, or Corporate-related functions

• Basic understanding of business licensing, corporate regulations, OSS, and NIB

• Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with documents, data, and deadlines

• Good analytical skills, with the ability to understand regulations and summarize key requirements

• Good communication and coordination skills to follow up with internal teams and external parties

• Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks responsibly

• High level of integrity and confidentiality
