Contract Position | Hourly Base + Commission + Bonus OpportunitiesWe are seeking a confident, professional, and motivated Chronic Care Management (CCM) Enrollment Specialist to join our remote patient enrollment team. This is a sales-focused healthcare position handling both inbound and outbound patient calls.
