Key Responsibilities
- Assist Manufacturing Engineers in supporting production builds, testing, and manufacturing activities.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret manufacturing data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Support process improvement projects aimed at enhancing productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action activities for manufacturing and quality issues.
- Assist in developing and updating work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support equipment, tooling, and fixture validation activities.
- Perform time studies and assist in labor hour reduction and process optimization projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Planning, Supply Chain, and R&D.
- Maintain manufacturing records, reports, and project trackers.
- Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support engineering projects and other assignments as required.
