Description
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be assigned to and responsible for job tasks within the Syrup, Sauce, and Dressing Processing and Packaging Departments at our St. Elmo, Illinois facility. You will train on and learn all job responsibilities required for your assigned position. You will monitor and operate production equipment, complete required checks and documentation, and support the safe, efficient production of our products. This is an hourly manufacturing role that requires flexibility, teamwork, and a commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
Comply with all company policies related to safety, quality, food safety, and productivity.
Supply production lines with raw materials, cartons, bottles, ingredients, and other operating supplies.
Perform equipment changeovers and monitor and operate machinery to support production goals.
Complete all required checks, records, and production documentation accurately.
Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the Syrup, Sauce, and Dressing processing and packaging areas.
Work collaboratively with team members to support a positive team environment.
Assist with additional duties and special assignments as directed by the Team Leader.
Operate a forklift and maintain forklift certification when required for the assigned position.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
High School diploma or GED required.
Ability to read, write, complete accurate and legible documentation, and enter data into computer systems.
One or more years of troubleshooting experience and mechanical aptitude preferred.
Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
Physical Requirements

Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
