Join our Dynamic team in Nowra:
Our Croudace Bay site is home to a passionate and highly experienced multidisciplinary team, working in a well-resourced therapy centre that supports clients across the lifespan. We pride ourselves on delivering specialised, person-centred services in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Our centre offers a range of unique clinical services, including a weekly Early Diagnosis Clinic, custom wheelchair seating and on-site casting services. We have group therapy programs focused on bimanual therapy, goal-directed therapy, powered mobility, bike riding and early intervention. We also run school holiday programs and community engagement initiatives which creates a vibrant, client-focused atmosphere that extends beyond the therapy room.
We work closely with our on-site CPA group homes, providing integrated therapy services to residents and ensuring continuity of care in a familiar environment. This collaboration allows for meaningful, consistent support tailored to each individual’s needs.

What We Offer?
Salary: clinical salaries are graded with an approximate range of $80-140k incl super including tax free packaging; for more information, please discuss with our recruitment team.

Eligibility Criteria:
Relevant qualifications in Speech Pathology
Evidence of current SPA registration.
A current driver's license and your own vehicle
