As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a residential community, you will drive routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service to residents and visitors. Position Type: Part Time / Late Evening Shift 

Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to residential property incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of apartment community common areas, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting suspicious conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations according to site procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities in required reports and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
