Responsibilities:
Entry-level position and job duties include and are subject to change without notice:
- Working safely in the packaging area or areas of need.
- Packaging all liquid fertilizers in accordance with the daily production schedule.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Demonstrate competence with company safety standards.
- Report any incidents/ accidents to your lead and/or manager right away.
- Work closely with other team members.
- Meet physical requirements including lifting and standing while wearing proper PPE.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
- Enduring the heat and humidity.
- Operation of all machines on the packaging line.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Demonstrate competence with company safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience using a forklift.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Able to lift heavy objects (50 lbs repetitively).
- Must be able to start immediately.
