Description
Role –Golang Developer,
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend microservices and APIs using Golang.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to build scalable and secure service components.
- Support existing applications through debugging, maintenance, and performance improvements.
- Build and integrate backend services with databases, messaging platforms, and internal systems.
- Participate in Agile ways of working, including stand‑ups, planning, and code reviews.
- Contribute to CI/CD automation pipelines using Buildkite.
- Work closely with engineering, QA, DevOps, and architectural teams for end‑to‑end delivery.
- Produce and maintain clear, concise technical documentation.
Required Technical Skills
- 4 - 6 years of hands‑on experience building applications in Golang.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, etc.).
- Familiarity with message brokers or event-driven platforms (Kafka, EventBridge, SQS/SNS).
- Experience with Docker and containerized application deployment.
- Understanding of cloud platforms — AWS preferred.
- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines using Buildkite.
- Good understanding of authentication/authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT).
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or other regulated environments.
- Exposure to observability tooling (Datadog, CloudWatch).
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Knowledge of serverless components or event-driven architectures in AWS.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
